Welcome to the enrollment page for future Coarsegold Cougars!

We look forward to your child's enrollment.

Please use the following link to enroll your student. If you are enrolling your student in long term independent study, please use the "Yosemite Falls Education Center Elementary" choice in the dropdown menu for which school you are enrolling for.

Once you have completed the online enrollment, please scan and email, mail or drop off the following documents to complete enrollment:

• Complete Immunization Record, including a TB test within the last year and Tdap if entering 7th grade.
• Documentation to verify age (birth record, birth cert., baptism cert., passport, or affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of minor).
• Proof of Residence  (Including but not limited to: utility bill, Purchase Agreement for home, rent receipt with address or a declaration of residency executed by the parent or legal guardian of  a pupil).
• Copy of parent/guardian's photo ID or other non-government form of I.D.
• Copy of the last I.E.P.- if your child is enrolled in Special Education.
• Custody Agreement or Restraining Order, if applicable.
• Caregiver Affidavit or Notarized Guardianship Paper if you are not the parent and are serving as caretaker for this child.
